About Dear Zindagi

A gentle home for being human.

We're a community, a drama club, and a conversation series — three doors into the same idea: healing is not one-size-fits-all.

📖 Our Story

How we began.

Dear Zindagi began as a quiet reminder — that healing is not a checklist, a course, or a productivity hack.

Our founder, Damini Kanwal Shetty, spent years exploring different modalities — therapy, retreats, drama, coaching, community work. What she noticed was simple: the tools work, but only when they meet the person where they are.

So Dear Zindagi was built as a soft landing place. Somewhere you could try things without pretending to have your life together. Somewhere you could laugh, cry, act, listen, and just be.

✦ What guides us

Founder's Vision

A world where people don't have to fit into rigid healing formulas — where softness, honesty and community are the starting point.

Mission

To offer inclusive, human-first spaces (Club, Community, Conversations) that meet people wherever they are in their journey.

Vision

To become the most trusted home for real, non-performative wellbeing across India and beyond.

🌱 Our Values

What we stand for.

Human first

Every space we design starts with the person, not the product.

Non-performative

No forced positivity. No spiritual bypass. Just honesty.

Better together

We heal faster when someone else says 'me too.'

Playful

Growth without laughter is exhausting. We refuse to be dull.

💛 Why Dear Zindagi exists

Because the internet has a new healing expert every week — and most of them forget that people are messy, funny, tender, and unique.

We exist to hold space for the in-between. The moments when you don't know what you need, only that you need something.
